Donors. British Egg Donors to be paid £750 Finally, egg donors in the UK will get fair compensation for their act. The HFEA has decided to increase payments to egg donors to £750, from the £250 previous limit (sperm donors get £35/clinic visit). This is recognition for the risks and efforts these people undertake to donate eggs, and brings the UK into line with much of Europe. Interested in being an egg or sperm donor.
